About: All He Ever Wanted - an Axis Powers Hetalia Alternate Continuity: it gets worse!

All He Ever Wanted is an alternate history, using the format and conceit of Axis Powers Hetalia, wherein the Nations are personified and humanized. However, deliberately diverging from the source canon, All He Ever Wanted uses that personification for tragic, rather than largely comedic, ends.

In 1902, the Anglo-Japanese Alliance was formed. In History, the alliance was dissolved following the Great War.

If it had not been dissolved, well. That is these stories.

All He Ever Wanted will take the form of anachronic but co-reliant short fictions by multiple authors, according to this timeline. The authors are the Young Turks: lindensphinx, mithrigil, and puella_nerdii; the Minister of Propaganda is pinstripesuit. We welcome other fic within this continuity, with express permission from the Young Turks: art of any kind is welcome at any time, but please post it under a cut and allow the mods to do the tagging.

The Story So Far

AHEWniverse characterization relies on and draws from manga and webcomic canon and is unrelated to the Hetalia anime.

Though it comments upon reality and history, All He Ever Wanted is a work of fiction. Whether the Young Turks condone the actions of the characters or not is irrelevant to the execution of the story.
